A man was killed after his motorcycle collided with a vehicle in South Austin.
The accident happened in the 10000 block of Manchaca Road, near old Manchaca Road about 10 p.m.
A Chevrolet Cavalier was attempting to turn left into an apartment complex when the driver hit the motorcyclist.
A 37-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities aren't sure if the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet, but there was one at the scene.
Northbound lanes of Manchaca Road were shut down while officers investigated the scene.
Police do not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
