AUSTIN (KXAN) - An accident late Saturday night claimed the life of one driver and landed the female passenger and an infant in the hospital.
Police say a car traveling east-bound on Koenig hit another car traveling westbound on Koenig near Duval Street shortly before 11:30 p.m.
The male driver of one vehicle was pronounced dead on scene. A female passenger and infant were transported to University Medical Center-Brackenridge with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say the female driver of the other vehicle involved was also transported to UMC Brackenridge with non-life threatening injuries.
No word on exactly what caused the accident or whether charges will be filed.
