AUSTIN (KXAN) - For the second straight day, an Austin resident was the center of attention on Wheel of Fortune.
Lisa Segura, a teacher who is taking some time off to be with her toddler, won $40,614 in cash and prizes during the airing of Thursday's show on KXAN.
Included in her winnings were a Smart Car and a trip to Aruba.
The mother of three won seven of the eight puzzles and advanced to the bonus round where she was unable to come up with the final puzzle.
Segura's big night comes just a day after David Rigsby, also from Austin, won more than $39,000 during the airing of his show. He also won a Smart Car.
