ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN) - A pedestrian was killed early Saturday morning near the intersection of RM 620 and Deepwood Drive.
Round Rock Police say a man that appears to be about 50 years old was walking eastbound on the westbound shoulder of RM 620 around 5 a.m. Saturday.
Police say the pedestrian stepped out in front of a truck traveling westbound on RM 620 and was struck.
The driver of the truck stopped at the scene and is cooperating with authorities. It is unknown if alcohol was a factor in the collision.
Police are working to identify the pedestrian, who had no identification on him at the time of the accident.
