AUSTIN (KXAN) - Austin police said they are searching for a man after a womanaccused him of recording a sexual encounter without herknowledge.
Police said that man then posted the video on his Facebook page.Authorities said the victim contacted them last month after shenoticed the posting.
She told police she and James DeLosSantos, 34, dated for a fewmonths from July to September. She said she had no idea he wasrecording their intimate moments until she logged onto his Facebookpage to find the video he posted.
She recorded the video using her cell phone camera and showedpolice.
Austin police said they were able to talk to DeLosSantos byphone Tuesday. He told detectives he did post a video on accidentbut said it was with another woman and not his ex-girlfriend.
DeLosSantos is charged with improper visual recording, which isa state jail felony punishable by up to two years in jail and a$10,000 fine.
An 8-year-old was killed while standing outside of a vehicle which lost control during the icy conditions, DPS said.
