AUSTIN (KXAN) - One day after torrential rains and flooding, dought-stricken Lake Travis continued to rise Friday. It should reach a level of 643-feet by Saturday.

Unfortunately, that is still about 40-feet from completely full, or 25-feet from average.

"El Nino should bring us more rain between now and the spring," said LCRA supervisor David Walker. "We'd need 10 more floods like this one to do the trick."

Mansfield Park has the only public boat ramp that is open on Lake Travis, and it can only accomodate boats 18-feet or shorter.

Check out the First Warning Weather Team's blog for the most up-to-date information on the lake levels.
