Outfielder sustained ACL injury

AUSTIN - Texas athletics says Longhorns outfielder Cohl Walla suffered a left ACL injury and will miss the entire 2012 season.

Walla started 37 games for Texas in 2010, and played 50. He hit .229 on the season, had seven doubles and had a .292 slugging percentage.

He is a junior and went to Lake Travis High School.
