Olympian's hometown to host watch party
Marble Falls gears up for Leo Manzano's big race

MARBLE FALLS, Texas (KXAN) - Marble Falls is hosting a watch party on Tuesday for their local Olympian, Leo Manzano.
Manzano, a 2004 graduate of Marble Falls High School and former Texas Longhorn, is competing in the 2012 Olympics in London for a medal in the men's 1,500-meter track and field final.
He heads to the final after winning his semi-final heat (See video) .
The event is being held at RBar and Grill with drink and food specials. People are advised to come early and grab a spot because the former University of Texas long distance runner will race at 3 p.m.
In honor of the event, RBar and Grill will give out free baskets of jalapeno poppers to those who dress in their best USA attire.
