ARLINGTON, Texas (KXAN) - The only thing that could spoil the day for Jerry Jones, the Cowboys and their more than 100,000 fans was a Giants victory on Sunday night.  That is exactly what happened as Lawrence Tynes kicked a 37 yard field goal as time expired to give the Giants a 33-31 victory.

The crowd of 105,121 was the largest to watch an NFL game.  It looked like the Cowboys would send them home with a victory when Felix Jones gave Dallas a 31-30 lead with 3:40 to go in the game, but Eli Manning guided the Giants into field goal range.  Manning was the clear cut winner in the battle of the quarterbacks going 25-38 for 330 yards and two touchdowns while Romo was just 13-29 for 127 yards and three interceptions.

"I'm just really really disappointed in myself right now," Romo said.  "You can't help but play for this organization and love Jerry (Jones).  He's been nothing but great to all of us, wanted to win this one, extra motivation.  I'm really disappointed now that he's not going to be able to have that (win).  "My mistakes really put us in a hole, really cost us this one."

Marion Barber rushed for 124 yards and the first regular season touchdown in the stadiums history, but left the game late with a strained quad muscle.  Cowboys are back in action next Monday night when Carolina visits Arlington.
