McCallum Knights see new head coach

AUSTIN (KXAN) - The McCallum Knights have a new head coach for the first time in 17 years.

Coach Todd Raymond takes over a program he graduated from after the passing of one of his good friends and mentor Pat Honeycutt.

Honeycutt passed away this past January, and players said they are glad that someone who graduated from McCallum was chosen as head coach to replace Honeycutt.

The coaching staff placed "PH" stickers on all of the helmets to honor the memory of the only head coach these players have known.
