Formula Expo

Tickets are now on sale for Austin's Formula Expo, taking place June 16th-17th and conveniently located at the Austin Convention Center.  Formula Expo will feature over 120,000 square feet of exhibits and demonstrations from top teams and the companies creating the sport's groundbreaking technology.  Fans will also get the chance to see appearances from drivers, teams, and celebrities as well as learn how some of the most advanced technologies to date began their life in this exciting sport.  

The expo floor will feature various Zones , each showcasing a different aspect of Formula One racing as well as an in-depth look at what makes Austin one of the most fun and successful cities in the US.  One of these zones is the Race Zone, which will include fascinating and fun attractions like interactive exhibits and pit crew demonstrations.  The Technology Zone will give fans a chance to see some of the most cutting edge technologies used in the 2012 cars.  The Circuit of the Americas Zone will showcase the locations of all Formula One sanctioned tracks around the world using models and multimedia exhibits.  The History Zone will feature the history of motor racing and the evolution of the sport using displays of historic cars and memorabilia.  The Fun Zone will feature interactive simulators to give fans a hands-on F1 experience.  The Exotic Car and Motorsports Zone will feature some of the finest autos in the world including Ferrari and Lamborghini. 

The Austin Zone will house local businesses and organizations as well as feature some local artists.  Visitors will get to enjoy some Texas themed food and drink concessions at the F1 Sports Bar and Restaurant Zone.
