Armstrong is back on his bike training

(KXAN) - Austin's Lance Armstrong is back on his bike and training hard in Europe. He confirmed Monday he will compete in the 2009 Tour de France. Armstrong and his teammates training in Spain's Canary Islands.

Armstrong retired in 2005 after his seventh straight Tour de France victory. Since then, the cancer-survivor has devoted much of his time to the fight against cancer.
