AUSTIN (AP) - A district judge today is giving prosecutors three days to provide defense attorneys information about the results of new DNA testing in the 1991 yogurt shop murders.

Four teenagers were killed at the I Can't Believe It's Yogurt store in Austin.

The Austin American-Statesman reports Dexter Gilford, who is an attorney for Michael Scott, says the state had ignored a court order from May 28 to produce the reports.

Scott and Robert Springsteen were convicted in the killings but the verdicts were overturned on appeal and both men are awaiting new trials.

Prosecutor Efrain De La Fuente said at today's pretrial hearing that the state was waiting until the final written reports were ready before giving the information to the defense. He said the reports on new DNA testing of old evidence weren't ready.
