Woman driving wrong way on I-35 dies

AUSTIN (KXAN) - A woman died Saturday morning while driving the wrong way on Interstate 35.

Austin police responded to North I-35 near 34th Street around 3:00 a.m. following a collision report. That'

According to APD, the woman crashed into two different vehicles while heading against the flow of traffic.

The female driver died on the scene. Also two women from one of the other vehicles were injured and taken to the hospital. Their condition is unknown.

The identity of the victim is not available at this time.
