CEDAR PARK, Texas (KXAN) - Cedar Park police have arrested five more people in connection with a shooting that happened in the early morning hours of Aug. 19 in the parking lot of a Walmart Supercenter.
The store is near the intersection of Ranch Road 1431 and U.S. Highway 183.
The shooting reportedly stemmed from a fight between a group of people that met in the parking lot after a party.

An 18-year-old was previously charged in the shooting of four people during the fight. Police said the suspect, Soloman Onwukaife, was a recent Cedar Park High School graduate. Onwukaife, along with three others, was hurt in the fight and hospitalized to treat injuries to his face. He was charged on the day of the event with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
All five were booked into the Williamson County Jail.
The case is still under investigation.
