AUSTIN (KXAN) - Three soldiers are accused of raping a woman in an Austin hotel last year.

Police said Perris Dumas, 30, Marcus Davis, 32, and Timothy Slack, 33, now face sexual assault charges.

Dumas and Davis are staff sergeants at Fort Hood. Slack is a staff sergeant at Fort Sill in Oklahoma.

The woman told police she woke up at the Days Inn, 3105 North Interstate 35, on Feb. 25, 2012, according to the arrest affidavit. She said she woke up drunk and partially naked with three men who she did not know.

The victim said she repeatedly asked the men for their names, but they would not give them to her, the affidavit said.

She then left and went home to her West Campus home and realized what had happened, and contacted police. Officers took her to the hospital where she completed a forensic exam.

The woman later told police she remembered being downtown with a friend and went to several bars, then walking for a very long time before being taken into a dark room where several people removed her clothes, the affidavit said.

She told police she never consented to what happened and said, “Nothing the men did to her was anything she wanted,” the affidavit said.

According to the affidavit, police were able to identify Dumas as the man who rented the hotel, and after monitoring a phone call between Dumas and the victim, he admitted to having sexual contact with the woman. Dumas later told police Davis and Slack were with him at the hotel.

DNA results received on March 11 showed probable cause existed to arrest both Davis and Slack.
