TYLER, TEXAS (AP) - There's been a gasoline spill at the Texas oil refinery where an explosion and fire last week killed one worker and injured five others.  More than 2,000 gallons of gasoline spilled out of a tank and flowed into a creek Friday at the Delek Refining plant in Tyler, Texas. Firefighters set up a foam barrier to try to keep it from spreading.

They had cleared the area after getting reports of a strong gas smell and nobody was hurt.  The refinery was closed at the time of the spill because federal safety investigators are still probing the cause of the Nov. 21 explosion.  Last winter the plant was cited for a number of safety violations, including blast resistance guidelines.  The Delek refinery has a capacity of 60,000 barrels of oil a day and is rated as the 94th-largest in the nation.
