BEERWAH, Australia (NBC) - The son of the late Steve Irwin is following in his father's footsteps.
Robert Irwin, 8, on Monday fed his first crocodile at the family's zoo in Australia.
"No, I'm not really scared of anything, but it's pretty fun,” said Robert. “Every day I get to wake up to the tigers and elephants and crocs and everything."
Armed only with a bucket of garfish, and with some encouragement from sister Bindi and mother Terri, young Robert showed no fear as he stepped into the pen to feed a hungry crocodile.
Robert was introduced to crocodiles at a very young age by his father.
