PHOENIX (AP) — US Airways says one of its planes flying from Las Vegas to Charlotte, N.C., has been diverted to Phoenix after the crew reported fumes in the cabin.

An airline spokesman says paramedics tended to six crew members and a passenger after the Airbus A321 landed at Sky Harbor International Airport.

A fire official says one passenger was taken to a hospital. He says he has no information about that person's medical condition.

There's no indication what caused the reported fumes.

Passengers were being put on other flights to continue their journeys.
