Zilker Great Lawn to reopen Friday

    AUSTIN (KXAN) - After a bit of restoration, Zilker Park is set to reopen Friday.

    The park's Great Lawn has been closed for a couple weeks now because of Austin City Limits.

    Crews have been working to clean up the park, following the estimated 70,000 people that attended each day of the festival.

    C3 Presents, the company that produces ACL Music Festival, finished removing the concert and stage equipment on Sept. 23.
