LIBERTY HILL, Texas (KXAN) - The Williamson County Sheriff's Office needs your help finding Zachary Ryan Price. The 20-year-old is accused of stabbing a man to death inside their Liberty Hill home Tuesday.
According to WCSO Spokesperson Sgt. John Foster, someone called 911 at 2 p.m. from inside the house at 303 Spring Grove in the Saratoga Springs subdivision. The neighborhood is just off U.S. Highway 183 .
When authorities got there, 51-year-old Richard Meyers was already dead and Price had left. Those home at the time said Price had gotten into an argument with Meyers.
Detectives are searching for Price. He was last seen leaving the home in a white 2000 Pontiac Bonneville with Texas license plate number DN4W868.
'It's a horrible thing and I just hope law enforcement pulls together and finds the guy and takes him in," said next door neighbor Steve Russo.
A woman who lives across the street said Price came to her door Monday night. He asked to use the phone to call a vet because his cat was sick.
According to authorities, Meyers was not married to Zachary's mother, but they all lived in the house together.
On the RockPointe's Church Facebook page , a comment from the church said Meyers "had a compassionate heart."
