GEORGETOWN, Texas (KXAN) - A semitruck fire had the lanes of Interstate 35 in Georgetown shut down Wednesday morning, though they have since reopened.

The main lanes and frontage roads of I-35 heading south just south of Interloop Road in Georgetown were closed. That happened just south of the Leander exit in that area.

Texas Department of Transportation spokeswoman Kelli Reyna said there are few details about the blaze, though crews and firefighters responded.
