WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) - A recent Cedar Park High School graduate suspected in the Sunday shooting that injured four people was released from the hospital on Tuesday -- and promptly booked into the Williamson County Jail.

Soloman Onwukaife, 18, was hurt in the fight and hospitalized to treat injuries to his face. He is charged with four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, all second-degree felonies.

Cedar Park police said the shooting happened around 4:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the Walmart Supercenter near the intersection of Ranch Road 1431 and U.S. Highway 183.

The shooting reportedly stemmed from a fight between a group of people that met in the parking lot after a party.

Monday afternoon, Cedar Park police released the names of the others involved in the incident. They are:

  • Leland McGlocklin, 22, of Lake Travis
  • Cody McGrath, 18, of Cedar Park
  • Zacharia Gietl, 19, of Cedar Park and Davis
  • Shayne Davis, 19, Leander

CPPD said three of them remain in the hospital, though they did not specify which of the four.

The investigation is ongoing and police said more charges may be filed. Onwukaife's bond was set at $20,000 for each count, for a total of $80,000.

Cedar Park Police Chief Henry Fluck said Sunday he believed alcohol had played a role in the incident.

No Walmart employees or customers were hurt.
