ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN) - A malfunctioning circuit left over 3,000 in Round Rock without power September 29.
According to Oncor outage information, multiple outages have now been addressed by the energy company and power is being restored.
By the middle of the afternoon, all but 160 customers had electricity again.
