Gas station robber sought in Cedar Park

No one harmed; he leaves with cash

CEDAR PARK, Texas (KXAN) - Cedar Park Police Department is looking for a man who displayed a handgun while he robbed a Shell gas station just after 8 p.m. on Tuesday.

The store clerk told police the man, wearing a scarf, sunglasses and a winter cap, entered the store, showed the gun and demanded money. The store clerk complied and turned over an undisclosed amount of cash to the robber.

He left the store located at 12304 N. FM 620 on foot, police said.

He is described as:

  • white male
  • 5 feet 10 inches
  • thin build
  • wearing an orange knit cap
  • wearing black rimmed glasses
  • dark-colored scarf around his neck,
  • tan sports coat
  • tan shirt
  • dark-colored pants

The Cedar Park Police Department is requesting assistance from the public with identifying the suspect. If anyone has information that could help identify the suspect, please call Detective Chris Dailey with the Cedar Park Police Department at 512-260-4772.
