CEDAR PARK, Texas (KXAN) - The Hill Country Christmas Bureau was in full swing Sunday passing out toy donations for needy children.

The organization begins each year with zero and organizers say they depend on donations from the public.

The Christmas Bureau says thy have seen a decrease in giving this year.
