ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN) - Police said five men worked as a team to steal cars at the Round Rock Outlet Mall on Black Friday.
Investigators said the men drove around in a tan Yukon looking for cars to break in to.
After police were called, the suspects reportedly led them on a car chase through the parking lot. Police said they all finally jumped out and ran through the outlet mall but were quickly arrested.
The charges against the five men arrested are as follows:
Sebastian Hernandez
Filberto Salas
Maximino Faz
Pedro Villela
Eduardo Arriaga
A brief car chase happened, and police said the Yukon drove on the sidewalk and stopped. Police said they all got out, and Hernandez, Salas, Faz, and Arriaga allegedly ran off into the mall.
Authorities arrested them all inside the mall.
Police said Faz confessed about trying to steal the car, and Vice grips and screwdrivers were allegedly found in the suspects' car.

On South Congress Avenue, police caught and arrested another man on suspicions of breaking into eight different cars. It happened in a parking garage at 301 Congress Ave.
The parking attendant called 911 after he said he saw a man using a crowbar to break into cars.
Police arrested Mike Samuel Aguirre.
One car had more than $3,000 in damage from the crowbar.
