AUSTIN (KXAN) - A potent upper-level low-pressure system raced into Texas Wednesday morning, bringing a brief but heavy rain around the noon hour - and surprising some residents with small hail.
Sleet and hail was reported east of Del Valle and around William Cannon near I-35. No injuries were reported.
