Police investigate teen sexting case

CEDAR PARK, Texas (KXAN) - Cedar Park Police are investigating a juvenile sexting case involving students at Cedar Park High School.

Police said two dating teens sent nude pictures to each other during the course of their relationship. But when they broke up, the boy got upset and sent nude photos of his ex-girlfriend to the entire football team.

Because the case involves juveniles, police can't comment any further. Police did say teen sexting cases are rare in Cedar Park. They've looked into about three cases in the last three to five years.

The Leander School District officials said the sexting case at Cedar Park High School is under police investigation and the school district will not take action until their investigation is complete.
