LLANO, Texas (KXAN) - Two Llano County jail employees have been charged with the death of an inmate.
Donnie Stewart and Scotty Scoggins are being investigated in the death of a man while being incarcerated.
The two men acknowledged their part in the incident on Wednesday, said police.
They are being charged with injury to a disabled person.
