AUSTIN (KXAN) - Paul Clogan, a Hill Country priest who was awaiting trial from a 2005 indecency charge has died. He was 81.
Clogan, a former pastor of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, was charged with indecency with a child in 2005.
He was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication for inappropriately grabbing a 16-year-old boy at the Driftwood Movie Theater in Marble Falls in December 2005. The incident happened during a showing of King Kong.
Clogan's funeral is scheduled for Monday at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Northwest Austin. A visitation will be held Saturday at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville.
