4 teens arrested in Burnet park attack

BURNET COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) - Four Burnet teenagers are suspected of assaulting and then robbing a man at Hamilton Creek Park Valentine's Day night.

Joshua Burns, 19, Ryan Scobie, 18, and two other juveniles were arrested and are now facing robbery charges.

Police told KXAN money was taken from the victim.  Police Chief Paul Nelson added that the man was attacked but that the teens did not have a weapon. The victim's identity was not released.

Both Burns and Scobie remain behind bars in the Burnet County Jail on $25,000 each.  The two juveniles were taken to a detention center.

Evidence was collected at the park and sent to the state crime lab.
