Three men are in custody and being held in the Burnet County …

Marble Falls (KXAN) - Five men remain in the Burnet County Jail, as a grand jury has now handed up indictments related to a home invasion.
All of the suspects claim to be foreign nationals from El Salvador and their status in the United States is being verified by agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The incident under investigation happened in April at 301 Stone Mountain Dr. in rural Burnet County. The couple living at that address said three men broke into their home, beat them up, then stole their jewelry, credit cards, even a pickup truck and firearms.
After holding the couple at gunpoint, the men left. The couple later recovered at an area hospital.
Police later tracked the men down in nearby Granite Shoals before making arrests.
