Drug dog makes two busts in one day

BURNET COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) - On Saturday, Ringo, a dog working for the Burnet County Sheriff's Office, discovered drugs in two separate cars during traffic stops.

The sergeant in charge of Ringo was helping a traffic stop for possible narcotics. Ringo performed a "free air sniff" on the right front passenger-side of the vehicle. Police found marijuana. That suspect was released.

That same day, sergeant was called out to another traffic stop. Ringo also found marijuana in the car, as well as meth pipes. That suspect was arrested by the Horseshoe Bay Police Department.
