Cyclist hospitalized after accident

AUSTIN (KXAN) - Authorities cleared the scene around 7 a.m. Wednesday in East Austin after a bicyclist was transported to University Medical Center Brackenridge with serious injuries.

Officials said a call came in about a vehicle accident involving a bicyclist around 4:45 a.m. at Airport Boulevard and 16th Street .
