AUSTIN (KXAN) - Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching and the Hyatt Regency in Austin is offering a special menu for you and your date.

Chef Paul French joined Brian Sanders in the KXAN studio Saturday to prepare a chocolate panna cotta with praline topping.

Valentine’s guests at Southwest Bistro, located in the Hyatt Regency, will order from a specially prepared three course menu.
