AUSTIN (KXAN) - Austin police are still looking for a suspect in a carjacking where two people were shot.

It happened just before midnight, when police were called out to Forest Hills -- just south of Manchaca Road and Slaughter Lane.

They said a man tried to carjack two people. A man was shot in the back, and a woman was shot in the leg.

Both are at University Medical Center Brackenridge expected to recover.
