AUSTIN (KXAN) - Two men have been arrested in connection with a marijuana grow house.
According to arrest warrant affidavits released Wednesday, the two had been under surveillance for a while before they were served with search warrants.
According to the affidavits for warrant of arrests, John Taylor Powell, 21, and 23-year-old Thomas Donald Ellwood had 290 marijuana plants growing inside their home. All together, the plants located inside the home weighed in at nearly 5.4 pounds.
Both were charged with possession of marijuana and held on $15,000 bond.
