AUSTIN (KXAN) - Bring an appetite and a picnic blanket for the start of Trailer Food Tuesdays, which will feature ten popular food trucks at the Long Center for the Performing Arts for the next five months.
Trailer Food Tuesday will roll into Austin on the last Tuesday of each month from 5 - 9 p.m., along with family friendly entertainment and live music.

Eric Silverstein from The Peach Tortilla and Yumé Burger comes together with Kristen Stacey from The Seedling Truck and Royal Fig Catering with Trailer Food Diaries Cookbook author Tiffany Harelik to sponsor this free event.
"This is a chance to give the public what they want at an accessible location in the heart of Austin,” Silverstein said.
The trucks will be parked along the city terrace in front of the Long Center. Parking for the event will be available at the One Texas Center and around Auditorium Shores for free. Additional parking will be available at the Palmer Event Garage for $7 per vehicle.
For bicyclists wanting to grab some grub off the trail, bike rack will be provided.
