Sullivan's Crab Stuffed Shrimp

AUSTIN (KXAN) - Chef Carlos Garcia from Sullivan’s Steakhouse was in the KXAN studio on Saturday morning to cook his Valentine's crab stuffed shrimp.

Sullivan’s will be offering a special menu for Valentine’s Day.

In addition to the restaurant’s regular menu, guests will be able to chose from a three-course Valentine’s meal for two.

The special is available Saturday Feb. 11th through Tuesday Feb. 14th.

Crab Stuffed Shrimp:

1lb Jumbo Shrimp

1lb Jumbo Lump Crab Meat

1 tsp Kosher Salt

1 tsp Cafe Grind Pepper

1 cup Mayonaise

1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

2 Tbsp Diced Chives

1 tsp Allspice

Combine all ingredients. Then with a 2 oz scoop, form mixture and stuff into Jumbo Shrimp.

Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in the oven.
