Subway robbed in North Austin

Suspect fled with undetermined amount of cash

AUSTIN (KXAN) - Austin police are searching for a man after a robbery at a North Austin Subway sandwich shop.

Police responded to a robbery call shortly before 9:00 p.m. at 12518 Research Blvd .

According to Austin police a man wearing a black Starter brand jacket, brandished a .45 caliber weapon and demanded money.

The man got away with an undetermined amount of cash.
