AUSTIN (KXAN) - Rock 'n' roller Bruce Springsteen will perform in an "intimate venue" on March 15 as part of South By Southwest, organizers confirmed Monday.
The news follows SXSW's announcement in December that Springsteen would be the keynote speaker at the Austin Convention Center next next month.
"SXSW is extremely excited to announce that Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will be playing a special show in an intimate venue for SXSW attendees on Thursday evening, March 15th," organizers said in a statement.
To determine who will be admitted to the show that will also feature Springsteen's E Street Band, SXSW will conduct a ticket drawing.
