Suspects in serial robberies arrested
Two teens charged with aggravated robbery

AUSTIN (KXAN) - Two suspects have been arrested in connection with recent serial robberies that included a shotgun.
According to released documents, the suspects, 17-year-old Fidencio Garcia and 18-year-old Jose Rigoberto Matute, robbed four stores and attempted to rob a fifth one.
With each robbery, the suspects displayed a shotgun, but at their most recent robbery, one of the men fired the shotgun. No one was injured.
Both are charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, a first-degree felony.
They have also been charged with felon in possession of a firearm, a class A misdemeanor.
