Nearly half of Texans have no savings

AUSTIN (KXAN) - According to recent study, roughly one in two Texans have minimal or no "rainy day" savings account.

Don Baylor, expert on public policy and finances, was in the studio this Sunday morning to talk about the importance of a healthy savings.

Baylor is a senior policy analyst at OpportunityTexas .
