Man attempts to board bus after crash

AUSTIN (KXAN) - Austin police are looking for a man who tried riding a CapMetro bus after an accident Sunday morning.

Police responded to an accident at 32nd Street and IH-35 shortly before 11:00 a.m. Officers, however, were delayed in traffic due to the Livestrong Austin Marathon.

When police arrived witnesses say a man driving a red Toyota Prius hit a curb then the driver of another vehicle.

Police say the driver of the Prius tried boarding a CapMetro bus then ended up fleeing the scene all together.

If you have any information about the driver of the red Prius call Austin Police.

No one was injured in the incident.
