Suspect on probation for manslaughter

AUSTIN (KXAN) - A man has been arrested in connection with an incident at a Target where a suspect lifted a woman's skirt and touched her inappropriately, police say.
According to the arrest warrant affidavit, 21-year-old Siji Moreno was in the Target located at 11220 FM 2222 when he lifted a woman's skirt up and touched her.
Moreno was on probation for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and manslaughter. His probation has since been revoked
According to authorities, Moreno fled the scene and drove away in a dark-colored vehicle.
