AUSTIN (KXAN) - A 40-year-old man is in a San Antonio burn hospital after a house fire in Southeast Travis County.
The fire broke out just after midnight on 14804 Chalet Drive. That's in a neighborhood just east of the Circuit of the Americas.
Firefighters with ESD 11 found one man inside, and he was taken to University Medical Center Brackenridge and then flown to Brooke Army Medical Center's burn unit in San Antonio due to serious burns.
The house is a total loss.
