AUSTIN (KXAN) - Friday afternoon's police high-speed pursuit of an alleged car thief ended in the crash of the stolen vehicle into the side of a vehicle driven by an innocent man, James David Williford, 32.
His family announced funerals plans for him on Monday.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home , located at 3125 N. Lamar Blvd.
The funeral service is set for Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Highland Park Baptist Church , 5206 Balcones Drive. Burial will follow at Austin Memorial Park.
Williford graduated from McNeil High School, and later worked at University Medical Center Brackenridge in the Supply Department. He later took a management position at Seton Medical Center.
He was married to Esther Seoanes at the time of his death.
