AUSTIN (KXAN) - A man who police said pretended to be tending to a baby in a stroller while taking under-the-skirt photographs of a woman in Whole Foods is charged with improper photography.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit released Thursday, 42-year-old Orlando Dimas Castillo was stopped by a store employee who saw a flash from the man's cell phone camera while crouched near the baby and next to the woman.
The incident which was captured on security video, took place in July.
Castillo was detained at the time but had not been arrested as of Thursday.
