Students at a Round Rock charter school were sent home Tuesday after a bullet was found on the campus.
Meridian School, a tuition-free charter, was first placed on lockdown while police combed through the area. The lockdown was lifted and the students were free to leave.
The unspent bullet was found by a teacher outside of a locker. The caliber of the round was not known.
